Conductive Textile

Textile materials in electromobility are often used both as a gas diffusion layer fuel cell and in Fiber-reinforced plastics. At the same time, in both cases, the requirements for the electrical conductivity of textiles are increased. Electrically conductive textiles are also required for the textile industry and for ESD electrostatic discharge protection. In this regard, research in the field of electrical conductivity of textiles occupies a significant part of the R&D of the textile industry.
Today we are ready to introduce to the market textile impregnation CENY-T-Conductive with the ability to obtain electrical resistance up to 500 Ohm / sq. This resistance not only satisfies the requirements for electromobility applications but also makes it possible for such textiles to be used in the sensory industry.
Also for obtaining ESD-Protective materials when using CENY-T-Conductive it is possible to reach 1 MOhm / sq without changing the colour of the fabric. Until now, such results have not been achieved with nanocarbon impregnations. The ESD problem was solved mainly by weaving carbon or metal yarn directly into the textile fabric. Today, however, such a solution can be achieved using the CENY-T-Conductive impregnation for electrically conductive textiles.
